Chakli recipe / Muruku - Akki hittina chakli
How to prepare Chakali recipe in very easy steps, this is a deep fry food dish , this is a popular festival dish which is prepared in India during Diwali/ Deepawali , Dushera, Ganesha Chaturthi , Makara Shankranthi, Navarathri , Nagara panchami , Christmas etc.
The ingredients requred are
- Rice flour
- Gram flour
- white til
- iodine salt
- red chilly powder
- cummine seeds
- ajawan
- ghee
- water
- oil

Step 1: Mix rice floor and gram floor and add cummine seeds to it
Step 2 : Add red chilly powder to it
Step 3: Add ghee
Step 4 : Add white til / yellu in local language
Step 5: Add cummine seeds
Step 6: Mix it
Step 7: Add water and prepate dough of Chakli
Srep 8: Take chali machine also called as Murukulu Janthikulu Maker Machine
Step 9: Murukulu Janthikulu Maker Machine add dough to it
Step 10: Murukulu Janthikulu Maker Machine add the top cap
Step 11: Murukulu Janthikulu Maker Machine press it and at the bottom , the chakli shape dough comes out
Step 12: Put the chakali dough in the boiling oil and deep fry it
Step 13: Remove chakali from the frying oil when it appears to be light brown color
Step 14 : Let it cool for few minutes and the recipe is ready to eat
