Mutton Biryani Recipe - Hotel style mutton biryani recipe in Kannada





Ingredients Required

  • Basmati Rice
  • Ginner
  • Garlic
  • Sun flower oil
  • half kg mutton
  • green chilly
  • onion
  • tomato
  • lemon
  • coriander leaf
  • turmeric
  • salt
  • curd
  • red chilly powder
  • biryani masala
  • clove
  • Cardamon
  • star anise
  • Cinamom
  • Coriander powder


Procedure

Take three cups of Basmathi Rice and soak in water for few minutes

In the mean time we will cut onion , tomato , ginger, coriander lead, lemon and keep it ready for use


Using pressure cooker the mutton is boiled with two whisltes of the pressure cooker.
To do this take a pressure cooker and keep it over the flame to heat , after the pressure cooker is heated add oil to it and wait for oil to get heated , after the oil is heated add Chopped mutton to it , now add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt  and stir well , fry till it is a  little dry , now add half cup of water and close the pressure cooker lid for the mutton to boil


In the mean time a paste is prepared using mixutre or grinder add to mixture jar chilly , ginfer, coriander leafes , garlic and grind it well a green paste will be ready.

After the cooker has one or two whislte turn of the flame and allow the pressure cooker to cool down , you should be careful after all the steam is out of  the pressure cooker then only opne the lid and take the baled mutton in a separate vessle

Keep the empty cooker on the flame and add oil to it , after the oil is heated add
aadd clove ,Cardamon,star anise, Cinamom and onion fry till the onion tuns in to golden brown, add the green paste from the mixture jar and stir well , add tomato, add coriander powder , biryani powder with red chilly powder and stir well,
add the mutton which was boiled and kept in a separate vessele, mix well , add curd to it , now add Rice to it , and water as required for the rice and mutton, add salt as per your taste and you can also add coriander leaf and mint leaf

Stir well, after the it is stir closed the lid and allow the cooker for 2-4 whislte depends on the mutton , after the cooker is cooled down the mutton is ready to eat .
