List Of Ingredients


  • Chopped chopt mutton of half kg 
  • Onion chop
  • Tomatoes 
  • Cut piece coconut
  • Coriander 
  • Mint leaf 
  • Green chilli
  • Turmeric powder 
  • Salt 
  • Ginger 
  • Garlic 
  • Coriander seeds
  • Cardamom
  • White til 
  • Black pepper 
  • Cumming seeds or jeera seed 
  • Star anise 
  • Cloves 
  • Cinnamon 
  • Dhaniya powder

Step 1 : Keep the pressure cooker vessle  on the flame 

Step 2 : Add  oil of Sunflower oil which is edible 
Step 3 : Add onion to it
Step 4:  Fry till it is golden brown
Step 5 : Keep it on stiring 
Step 6 : In the meanwhile we will create a paste so we will take a  mixture  jar 
     and add coriander leaf
    green chilli 
    garlic 
    ginger  

grind well to make a paste, the paste will be in a form of a green colour which is Semi solid state 

Step  7: In the meantime we will add to the pressure cooker tomato and salt and

Step 8: Add the green paste which we have prepared in the mixture jar , we  will add to the  pressure cooker vessel which is on the gas oven

Step  9: Now add chopped mutton 

Step  10 : Add turmeric two spoon of turmeric 
Step  11: little bit salt

just mix it well for 2 minutes 

Step  12 :  add one glass of water if required storage close the lid of the cooker and let the cooker blow the whistle for two to three times,  totally depends on the type of mutton you have bought for me it required three whistle .

Take a vessel in a separate oven we will take a frying pan and fry all the masala item such as 
 coriander seed
 coconut
 carom seed 
 black pepper
 white sesame seeds 
 clovee 
 cinamomem
 bay leaf
 star anise 
fry this well on the pan and put it in a mixture jar to make a paste when and keep it ready 

 Now after the pressure cooker has blown three whistle allow it to cool down and note that after all steam / pressure is out of the vessele , we will open the lid and add the paste prepared to it and add the coriander leaf for it close the lid and blow whistle for two times .

After cooling down , the mutton is ready to serve with rice , chapati, ragi mudde, jawar rotti
